Payment is due at the time of purchase unless other arrangements have been approved by Terry Rags LLC.

ORDERS

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including orders affected by product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inaccurate customer information.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping and delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed to in writing.

Orders may be shipped by parcel carrier, freight carrier, or another appropriate transportation method depending on order size and destination.

Customers purchasing pallet or freight quantities may contact sales@terryrags.com regarding freight arrangements or pickup options.

LOCAL AND FREIGHT PICKUP

Pickup may be available for qualifying orders. Customers wishing to pick up a pallet or other qualifying order should complete their purchase and then contact sales@terryrags.com for pickup instructions and the applicable pickup location.

Customers should not attempt pickup without receiving confirmation and instructions from Terry Rags LLC.

CUSTOMER-ARRANGED FREIGHT

Where approved, customers may arrange their own freight transportation. Please contact sales@terryrags.com before scheduling a carrier so that pickup requirements and availability can be coordinated.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service.
